The Role
As the Legal Performance Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a respected enforcement agency that specialises in local authority debt recovery. With over 40 years of industry expertise behind them, you’ll have unparalleled support to grow professionally while making a real impact. Now in a significant phase of growth, the company is searching for a passionate and results-driven leader to oversee performance across their compliance, litigation, and case management teams. Overseeing a team of 26 professionals, your mission will be to:
* Manage team workflows, processes, and expectations with a strategic mindset.
* Drive excellence and boost performance across all operational areas.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships while handling case management.
* Conduct regular 1-2-1s to provide feedback and foster team development.
* Motivate, mentor, and guide your team towards best practices.
* Lead by example, serving as a point of escalation when needed.
About You
While legal experience is not a requirement, you must have a proven track record of leading medium-sized teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and elevate team performance. Your personality will be key in creating a motivated and high-performing team.
