Customer Service Coordinator
Approach Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning new build housing developer who are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service Coordinator, providing support in their Cardiff office to their clients who have purchased homes in their regional developments on planned and reactive maintenance.
Day to Day:
* Responsible for the administration and coordination of information packages, relevant documents, and contracts to customers
* Answering telephone and email queries
* Liaising between departments to ensure efficient coordination of maintenance projects
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Friendly telephone manner
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Experience in housing is beneficial but not essential
* Organised and efficient in delivering administrative tasks
