* £29,250 per annum plus circa £2,160 service charge and a yearly bonus

Responsibilities as a Pastry Commis Chef
* Preparing, baking, and presenting a wide array of picture-perfect pastries including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread
* Going above and beyond to follow a variety of both traditional and modern recipes
* Ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent pastry dishes
* Following correct handling procedures and maintaining appropriate food temperatures.
* Decorating pastries and desserts using various icings, toppings, and techniques to ensure visually stunning presentations
