Job Purpose We are looking for a proactive and resilient Transport Administrator to join our Transport team at our office in Stourport-on-Severn in a part time role, 20 hours per week. The Fleet and Transport Administrator will need to possess a positive attitude and be an excellent team player, whilst providing administrative support to our Transport & Distribution Managers. Main tasks and responsibilities Various transport administration duties including payroll, expenses, mileage records, driver and vehicle status updates, purchase orders, filing etc Talking to our drivers & suppliers, taking orders and following up on deliveries Updating data in our Management Systems and keeping all advised of progress and any changes Booking hotels/hire cars and taxis as required Managing ordering of PPE and ancillary products (pallet trucks/drum trolleys) Raising bulk jobs and completing paperwork as necessary Updating spreadsheets related to stock, incoming and outgoings Other related Transport projects and follow ups Applying the Slicker values to your role and leading by example Essential skills and experience Attention to Detail IT Literate, comfortable with outlook, word and excel Ability to learn new tasks and processes Hours of work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm.
