Teaching Assistants/ Learning support Assistant Maidstone, Medway and surrounding areas Position Overview: As a Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with Secondary school students, teachers, and others to support students with different learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Help students one-on-one and in small groups with their schoolwork.
* Work on plans to help students who need extra support.
* Make sure our classrooms are happy and everyone feels included.
* Help teachers with materials and lessons for different students.
* Keep track of how students are getting on in every aspects of school life.
* Help with class rules and make sure everyone is safe.
* Be part of meetings and training to learn more about the job.
* SEN experience is preferred but not essential.
