The Brief:
Title: Senior Account Manager / First on the ground AM
Location: Central London, 2/3 days in office
Salary & Package: £65,000-£75,000 + Double OTE
Summary:
* Commercial AM
* Focused on expanding existing accounts
* Currently 10,000 customers (existing)
* AE win & close then pass over to AM
* Midmarket: 100-999 employees
* AOV: 30k Sales cycle: 130 days
* Selling into: All - Deskless workforce largest vertical
* Clients Include: Tesco, Coca Cola, Gap, Marriott, Siemens
Experience Required (Must Haves):
* 3+ years proven track record of a commercial AM role
* Experience selling to C-suite (multithreading, complex deals)
* Ability to get technical
* Strong commercial accumen, more than just relationship building experience
* Experience of outbound, complex stakeholder mapping, leveraging champions
