Role Overview
As a Resource Coordinator, you will:
Fulfil client requests by deploying skilled contractors within specified timeframes.
Act as a liaison between clients and contractors, ensuring exceptional service and building strong partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company management systems and HSQE policies.

What You’ll Need
A background in the rail sector.
Recruitment experience (agency or in-house), including sourcing candidates through social media, online platforms, and direct approaches.
Strong administrative skills and experience in candidate management, including assessing suitability using screening criteria.
A proactive, team-oriented approach to achieving client and team objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
Deploy labour in line with client requirements.
Recruit operatives via job boards, referrals, advertisements, and other channels.
Assess operative skills, manage training needs, and oversee vehicle and fuel utilization.
Sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on leads to generate additional sales.
Attend sales, delivery, and review meetings with the department manager.
Handle sales administration tasks, including timesheet and pay rate management.
Safety and Compliance
Conduct site safety audits and ensure timely completion of actions.
Deliver safety briefings to the workforce.
Verify operatives' right-to-work documentation and sponsorship before deployment.
