We’re looking for someone to join our IT Services department. Previous experience with supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment is essential.
A key aspect of this role will involve serving as the primary point of contact for both staff and students encountering technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include gathering pertinent information about the issue and, whenever feasible, assisting in its resolution or escalating the issue to another team member.
