Job Role:
As HR Business Partner (Recruitment and Onboarding), you will support the People Team in enabling individuals and teams to fulfil their potential, ensuring we attract and retain the talent needed to achieve our strategic goals.
Key Accountabilities:
* Supporting in the delivery of best in class people services, ensuring legal compliance and supporting the development of staff as confident and competent people managers.
* Contributing to the People Team culture, supporting the development of recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Identifying and disseminating best practices to promote a strong vision for a diverse organisation.
* Practicing recruitment compliance for audit and reporting.
* Maintaining a collaborative culture and building positive relationships with employees and managers.
* Planning and implementing inductions and onboarding processes for new starters.
* Assisting with continuous improvement in the user experience of People Services tools.
* Monitoring and reporting on EDI data in the recruitment process.
* Participating in project work to identify recruitment process improvements.

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £34,235.46
Contract: Permanent
