About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Customer Services Coordinator, you will answer queries and address issues via telephone, live chat, or through Zendesk software. As the first point of contact for Curaleaf patients, you will be the reassuring voice they need, providing a professional, high-level service at all times.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Answering prescription-related queries, handing over to a Pharmacist when required
* Liaising with Clinical Pharmacy team
* Using a specialised internal system to find and record all information and interactions
* Taking payments for prescriptions
* Complaint handling and performing appropriate reporting and escalation when required
* Making outbound calls to patient regarding any issues
* Liaising with our chosen courier with any issues or important deliveries.
