* Manage and coordinate the insurance programme within the company.
* Optimise coverage and risk management strategies.
* Work closely with various internal departments to identify potential risks.
* Assess insurance proposals and negotiate with brokers and insurers.
* Coordinate with external auditors and manage insurance audits.

Profile
A successful Group Insurance Manager should have:
1. A background working for an Insurer or Broker, including those from claims or commercial insurance
