Senior Offshore Resourcing Advisor at nexos
Nexos is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. You’ll play a key role in managing contractual and commercial aspects across the business, driving consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading pre-tender negotiations, aligning contracts with company goals and mitigating risks.
2. Managing supply chain agreements, ensuring compliance and effective post-tender contract management.
3. Overseeing contract amendments, legal claims, and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
4. Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, legislation, and industry regulations.
5. Providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
6. Developing team competence.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, law, or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in managing complex contracts and agreements.
3. Strong understanding of industry legislation and compliance.
4. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
