Work together with your store team to “wow” our customers at every turn. Support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store. Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with their order completions, as well as post-sales questions and (very rarely) escalating the odd complaint. Keeping orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators. Oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners. Maintain control of company cash and daily banking. Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their order (with a bit of Tapi charm thrown in). Undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis. Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers.
