Primary School Supply Teacher – South London – Up to £180 to £240 a day Flexible | Competitive Pay | Supportive School Community Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for a rewarding role with variety and flexibility? We’re looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a group of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in South London — including a vibrant school currently on an exciting journey of improvement. About The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a well-established Multi Academy Trust, supporting schools with both short-term and long-term cover needs, with the potential to go permanent. One of our partner schools, a nurturing and inclusive primary setting in South London, is looking for a talented and experienced primary teacher to join their team in a mixed-age Year 3/4 class. The class has high SEN needs and presents some behavioural challenges, so we’re looking for someone confident, resilient and calm with strong classroom management skills and a commitment to building positive relationships. The School Offers: * A supportive and collaborative team including a SaLT hub and SEMH provision * An aligned curriculum to streamline planning and allow more focus on creative delivery * An enhanced CPD programme, including weekly development sessions led by the headteacher (NPQLTD), instructional coaching, and regular staff meetings * A three-form entry in Year 3/4, encouraging teamwork and shared planning * Excellent facilities and a strong community ethos * A recent Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ across all areas, recognising the school’s rapid progress under new leadership, which is boosting staff morale and wellbeing. You Will: * Teach across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your experience and the needs of the school * Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt them creatively to support and engage all learners * Foster a supportive, structured and positive learning environment * Work flexibly across a network of welcoming schools within the Trust. About You: We’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who: * Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS * Have experience teaching in UK primary settings (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) * Are experienced in supporting pupils with SEN and managing challenging behaviour * Can confidently lead a class with a calm, consistent and nurturing approach * Are open to working in different school environments and as part of a team * Are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks * Have the legal right to work in the UK.
