About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK charity to find a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The charity provides neurorehabilitation services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), helping them regain independence and achieve their personal goals through expert, person-centered care. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll be an integral part of the team, delivering specialized rehabilitation services and making a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver specialized occupational therapy within a neurobehavioral framework.
* Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, under the guidance of senior OTs.
* Use evidence-based, person-centered approaches to assess, plan, and implement interventions aimed at helping individuals regain independence in self-care, work, education, and leisure.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, families, and external professionals to provide holistic care tailored to individual needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy, HCPC Registered.
* Experience: Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with occupational therapy assessments and interventions is key.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
