The Painter will deliver a high-quality service to Link's tenants. This will include special projects, voids and reactive repairs., The Painter will work under the direction and guidance of the Trade supervisor, carrying out all aspects of painting work on refurbishments and reactive maintenance in Link's properties. As an experienced Painter, you will have a recognised Apprenticeship and craft certificate and associated work assessments, SVQ, C&G or equivalent. You will be willing to work flexibly with other Maintenance Operatives in the team and have a commitment to providing excellent customer care. This role requires good communication skills, both oral and written. The post holder will have the ability to work within a team and work with minimal supervision.
