The role will assist with programme coordination including learning event management and logistics, production of learning materials and operation of learning technologies; supporting strategic projects; CPD advice and response to Ashurst Academy and CPD queries; and delegation of administrative tasks to ASC People.
This role will use technology that supports L&OD including learning management systems, and other software for the development and facilitation of online learning. This role will often be the first point of contact for L&OD programme participants and may be a first contact point for L&OD queries and requests from staff globally.
The wider L&OD team is part of the People & Culture function and is responsible for a range of learning and development programmes, projects and services including professional skills development for all levels from vacation scheme participants to Partner and business support staff across the firm.
