Overview
TNS (Transaction Network Services) is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator.
You will be part of a support team providing first line support and fulfillment of new merchant facilities for the TNS gateway including setup, configuration, testing, piloting and deployment of terminal hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Service Operations BAU / daily activities.
* Service monitoring, logging of incident tickets and / or service requests and troubleshooting.
* Working all assigned tickets through to resolution, whilst providing timely escalation, communication, and updates through the lifecycle of the incident ticket.
* Working closely with internal technical support groups and 3rd party organizations in support of any given service incident.
* Maintain high level of verbal and written communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
* Support post-incident impact analysis / support activities.
* Support of change management activities.
* Implementation and adherence to documented policies and procedures.
* Deliver against customer facing SLA’s and internal OLA’s.
* Handling and configuration of P2PE Payment Terminals as required for project delivery and support.
* Work with key partners in the roll out and support of the end-to-end payment solution.
* Testing, troubleshooting and repair or replacement of P2PE Payment Terminals.
* Perform onsite and remote terminal maintenance and upgrades when required.
* Maintain and manage stock levels including ordering of additional hardware and components.
* Manage customers hardware warranties inspections and returns.
* Manage inbound and outbound stock deliveries.
* Ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Highly developed listening skills with strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written.
* Experience with Salesforce.com platform a plus.
* Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
* Must be very familiar with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Flexible and competent team player with ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
* Good personal organizational skills and developed time management skills and an inherent capability to get things done.
* Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
* Self-starter with a drive to develop own skills and knowledge.
