We are looking for a Directors' Office Coordinator to join the National Theatre Directors' Office.
The Directors’ Office Coordinator will work with the Director of Strategy to provide proactive, day-to-day logistical and administrative support. They will support the planning and execution of our leadership meetings throughout the year, including involvement in our Financial Planning Group, Senior Leadership Team, ExCom and Board meetings and away days. They will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of projects, at all stages of development, across the breadth of the NT’s work, and be involved in monitoring the effectiveness and impact of our activities.
The successful candidate will have the following:
* Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a range of audiences and prepare compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
* Experience of building trust and maintaining relationships at multiple levels across an organisation.
* Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and technologies including Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
