Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the play centre, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, confidence and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
2. Provide training and support to new employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
4. Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
5. Cover all areas of the business when required including, Reception, Kitchen and Parties.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position is preferred.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
5. Great customer service skills.
6. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong critical thinking abilities.
