Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE)
MPH Limited, a leading player in the flexographic printing industry, are looking for an experienced Repro Mac Operator to join our studio team. Based in Manningtree, Essex, MPH Limited is renowned for its commitment to quality and excellence in the demanding flexographic printing market. If you’re meticulous, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about pre-press artwork, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare artwork for flexographic printing, ensuring all design elements meet technical specifications and industry standards.
2. Work closely with our internal teams to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency across all print jobs.
3. Make extensive use of ESKO’s Artpro software to manage and edit files; experience of Artpro+ is an advantage.
4. Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for various design and pre-press tasks.
5. Ensure all artwork is meticulously proofed, ready to print and in line with client expectations.
6. Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards.
Essential skills and experience:
1. Proficiency with ESKO Artpro software is essential.
2. Experience of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
3. Previous experience in a busy studio environment serving the flexographic market is highly desirable.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality results.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy and fast paced environment.
