The Role
We are dedicated to providing high quality services to meet the needs of customers in relation to supporting Enforcement Officers and other teams within Public Protection.
You would be required to assist/support officers and managers in the effective delivery of the regulatory services in accordance with the policies and guidelines as agreed by the Council and with regards to current legislation.
To undertake any administrative functions associated within the service including on and off street parking, bus lane enforcement, abandoned vehicles and skips and scaffolding. Dealing with informal/formal appeals along with the progression of penalty charge notices, receiving/processing of payments and the recovery of debts relating to parking/bus lane contraventions.
