You will be supporting the development and growth of the Nursery Practitioners in your room alongside the Room Leader, providing clear communication to the parents and creating exciting activities for the children. Our Early Years Practitioners must have the ability to read a ten page fairy-tale, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page. Pretending to eat playdough creations realistically whilst drinking numerous cups of pretend tea is required.
