We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team and play a key role in providing technical support to our customers. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, providing solutions, and guiding customers through CNC project workflows.
Responsibilities
* Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers, including troubleshooting software issues and offering solutions.
* Training and Onboarding: Conduct product training sessions for new customers, covering software features, best practices, and project optimization tips.
* Documentation and Resources: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, tutorials, and best practices documents to support customers and enhance product knowledge.
