Interviews will be held on 11 February 2025 The Catterick Integrated Care Centre (CICC) is a transformational development between the NHS and Ministry of Defence (MOD) that represents a groundbreaking vision to deliver seamless, person- and family-centred care in the community. This innovative initiative aims to provide integrated health and care services for military personnel, their families, and the local civilian population, while setting a national benchmark for collaborative healthcare delivery. The CICC will address the growing demand for health and care services driven by the relocation of armed forces personnel and the expansion of the local civilian population due to new housing developments. The OD&T Project Support Officer will play a pivotal role in the organisational design and transformation of the CICC. They will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to align with the transformation goals, facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure their needs are integrated into the organisational design. Main duties of the job The postholder will work closely with the CICC OD&T Manager, the CICC Programme Manager and CICC Clinical lead to support the delivery of the CICC programme, It is important for the postholder to operate effectively across both organisations while being employed by the NHS. The OD&T Project Support Officer will assist in planning, executing, & monitoring project activities to ensure they align with the transformation goals of the Catterick Integrated Care Campus (CICC). This includes tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met. This role involves facilitating communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including NHS and MOD representatives, local authorities, and community groups. The officer will ensure that stakeholder needs and perspectives are integrated into the organisational design and transformation process. The officer will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting project data. This data will support informed decision-making and track progress against key performance indicators, ensuring the project stays on course. Providing administrative assistance to the project team is a key duty. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project records to ensure smooth project operations. Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact the project is crucial. The officer will work with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks.
