OutThere RPO is looking for a Senior Manager - Finance to support in leading a client's financial management team and drive strategic financial initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all financial operations, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also play a critical role in improving financial processes and systems to support the organization's growth and profitability. Your expertise in financial strategy and teamwork will be crucial as you collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance while enhancing operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making processes.
* Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
* Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Drive strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
* Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
* Experience in finance management or a relevant role, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
