Job Description Relaxed, flexible agency specialising in brand building and exposure for start ups. This agency was established after their founder wanted to create a consultancy that promised to treat employees with respect, give them freedom and trust, and generally be a lovely place to work This is reflected in their flexible working policy (they work two days a week in the office), and the fact that everyone works a 4.5 day week (but gets paid for 5). Their speciality is working with start up and scale up businesses, both consumer and B2B. Their clients are typically VC backed tech companies that are industry disruptors, covering online retailers, health-tech, lifestyle tech and charities. You will be overseeing SAEs and AEs on accounts and report directly into the founder, who is hands on with help and support.
