Tasks
* Your area of operation is primarily in the south of the UK.
* Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the petrochemical production, refining, construction, environmental remediation industry, or any industry needing liquid handling and storage solutions.
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
* Promote the company’s products and services at regular trade markets.
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
* Regular supervision of the local depot (material supervising, check of quality, check of material status).
* Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, etc.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
* Supervise statutory health and safety regulations.
* Keep records of all incidents and other circumstances.
* Perform other tasks that occur in daily business.
Requirements
* Educated with a focus on marketing or comparable training.
* Mechanical experience preferred.
* Experience in the pump industry and/or industrial cleaning industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
* Driving license.
* Previous knowledge of the rental sector would be desirable.
