What You'll Be Doing: This varied role involves a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, predominantly supporting employer clients across a range of industries. You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the team’s development. Typical matters you may work on include: Drafting and advising on Settlement Agreements. Supporting corporate transactions, including M&A work. Advising on complex HR and operational matters, including large-scale redundancies, restructuring, and boardroom disputes. Ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. Providing strategic advice to clients on employment law matters. Representing clients at employment tribunals. Assisting with data protection compliance.You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate with other departments, including Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property, on cross-disciplinary projects.
