Within this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and hunger to take this opportunity to the next level. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:
* Drive business growth by securing property instructions and hitting targets.
* Lead and inspire a team of Negotiators.
* Establishing valuable and long-lasting connections with potential clients.
* Collaborate on strategic plans with the Sub-Divisional Head.
* Stay one step ahead, understanding the market, and keeping tabs on the competition.
* Conduct in-depth research and deliver high-quality reports.
* Build trust and maintain professionalism with clients, enhancing the brand.
* Tackle delegated management tasks head-on.
The Head of Sales’ Package:
* £65,000 - £70,000 basic salary
* £9,000 car allowance
* Commission + bonus
* £120,000 + OTE
