Marketing Executive, Salary: £36k Excellent Benefits, Fully Remote / work from home We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive / Campaign Executive to join a growing B2B marketing team, working for a national, industry leading business services provider in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar B2B Marketing Executive / Campaign Executive role, executing marketing campaigns with the ability to drive engagement and support lead generation efforts across various channels (including email marketing, social media, PR, Events and digital). The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, nurture leads, and support sales objectives. Marketing Executive / Campaign Executive Main tasks; Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads through targeted campaigns across email, paid media, social media, and other relevant channels. Content Strategy: Coordinate with content creators to ensure campaign messaging and content resonate with the target audience, driving engagement and conversions. Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and messaging. Campaign Tracking & Analytics: Use data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and optimise campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates). Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives. Event & Webinar Support: Assist in organising events, and other promotional initiatives to engage with prospects and customers. CRM Management: Ensure campaigns are tracked effectively within the CRM, and work with the sales team to follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts. Budget Management: Help manage campaign budgets and ensure the cost-effectiveness of each marketing initiative. Campaign Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of campaigns, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Candidate Requirements; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive / Campaign Executive (B2B), particularly in campaign management and lead generation Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Solid knowledge of B2B marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, PR, Events and digital. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
