Sheffield Springs Academy is a United Learning academy, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2019. This is an office-based role; however, some form of hybrid working can be applied at times, subject to business need.
We are looking for a candidate with expert-level knowledge and significant experience in HR to manage and oversee Human Resources across our academies in the Yorkshire Cluster of United Learning. The academies are secondary schools based in Barnsley and Sheffield: Barnsley Academy, Sheffield Park Academy, and Sheffield Springs Academy, with a fourth joining in the near future.
This role presents a rewarding opportunity to step into a new managerial position within the Cluster. The successful candidate will have overarching responsibility for managing and coordinating comprehensive HR services.
