Responsibilities:
* Oversee HVAC and mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence
* Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and consistent communication
* Monitor job site progress, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Manage project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, and billing
* Mentor and lead field teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
* Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and technical requirements
Must-Have Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in HVAC/mechanical project management
* Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, and financial tracking
* Ability to estimate, produce change orders, and manage labor efficiently
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam (Timberline experience a plus)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience managing commercial and institutional projects $500K+
* Familiarity with HVAC service agreements and maintenance contracts
* Professional demeanor and ability to work in team settings
