Haughey Recruitment are currently recruiting an experiencedStock Controller to oversee distribution and stock management at our clients Portadown site. Company Benefits Enhanced holidays (33 days) Company Pension Scheme Private Health Insurance Scheme, funded by PPL Life insurance, funded by PPL Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Order Processing via Sage and creation of load sheets Liaison with customers and hauliers regarding deliveries Stock despatch to customers on SAGE Return PODs to accounts and upload these to system Goods inwards inspection for cargo and visual inspection of outbound deliveries Stock Control: including stock receipting, milling, stocktake etc. Regular reporting and addressing any stock discrepancies. Ensure on site compliance with H&S, Quality and Environmental systems Complete Plant and HSE Inspections Complete Maintenance requests & resolution Contribute to and acknowledge documentation Personal Specification Computer literate Good communication skills Stock management or experience with wood poles would be useful but not essential Customer relationship management experience would be useful Driving license Skills: Monitoring Stock Level Warehouse materials Stock Administration Warehouse Administration Inventory Control Inventory stock Stock Management Benefits: Enhanced Holidays Group Life Assurance Medical Aid / Health Care
