Community IV Nurse - 25 hours per week - Permanent
This role is offered on a part time basis of 25 hours per week, this means that candidates interested in working part time are encouraged to apply and will receive a salary on a pro rata basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our community IV nursing team for experienced nurses to join the team and work across our unique Integrated Acute, and Community Care service to help us make a difference to our patients. We have a flexible approach to working and offer a variety of flexible working opportunities that can be considered to fit around your family and lifestyle.
To provide effective caseload management and care to those patients over the age of 18 requiring nursing care in their own homes and other community settings working autonomously and independently. The post holder will provide holistic care, assessment of the new patient, clinical advice, treatment and support to those people who require additional support to remain in their own homes. The post holder will be required to work with the multidisciplinary team, gaining support and advice in the management of care. This post is subject to lone working so experience of working alone is desirable.
