The Role
We are seeking an experienced sales and training professional to join our team. As a Sales Training Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing guidance to help them understand our products and services. You will be responsible for communicating effectively, evaluating enquiries, and driving sales to meet business targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert guidance to customers to help them understand our products and services.
2. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.
3. Manage customer data and communications through our CRM platform.
4. Meet sales targets and deadlines while working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
