The Role Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Immigration team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled immigration lawyer with a proven track record and ideally a small client following to contribute to the firm's expanding practice. The team advises high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and large multinational businesses on navigating the UK's complex and ever-evolving immigration framework. The successful candidate will be expected to bring and develop their own client base while collaborating closely with the firm's established clientele. Key Responsibilities: Handling a broad range of immigration matters, including investor, entrepreneur, and skilled worker visas, sponsorship licences, and complex immigration appeals. Advising high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and business leaders on UK immigration law. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with an emphasis on growing the firm's client base. Working closely with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions to clients. Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals within the team. Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 6 years PQE in UK immigration law. A demonstrable client following and strong business development skills. Extensive experience advising on both personal and business immigration matters. Strong networking and client relationship management skills. A proactive and ambitious mindset, with the ability to contribute to the department's growth. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commercial and strategic approach to legal practice.
