The role is based remotely in Newry Northern Ireland, and you would be working for the Lektronix business unit of Rockwell Automation. The Lektronix business is focused on supporting manufacturing facilities with repairs on their automation equipment. In your role you will help increase our exposure in France and seek out and grow new business within the manufacturing industry. France is one of the Global leaders in manufacturing and this role will link in with these companies to help support their maintenance departments. This role reports to the Customer Service Team Lead and is located in Newry, Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities – you will do Use existing database of contacts to try and grow these accounts into repeat business Seek out new contacts and customers and sell our services. Be confident in organizing your day to allow you to be proactive and implement sales techniques to attract new business. Manage all aspects of these accounts from account creation, quoting of jobs, updates and liaising with customers on their current repairs. Be able to work well with other departments to ensure that your customers jobs are completed and processed in a timely manner. Meet company targets for growth.
