Working Hours: Full time 37 hours
Salary: £27,164 - £31,492 per annum (Grade D)
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has proven work experience with a range of unemployed young people and adults in a work-based environment.
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of the Academic Year (July 2025).
Responsibilities
This role involves working within the Foundation Learning department, coaching learners on their internships and within the classroom. The post holder will support 6 learners in the work place, deliver employability training and assess the interns learning and abilities to carry out different roles and functions.
The post holder will be responsible for the intern’s overall welfare and education when on site and play an integral role in building and maintaining relationships and teams in the workplace.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You must have proven experience of developing productive relationships with partners and external agencies and be able to provide high quality employability focused assessment.
