Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and passionate catering managers for an ongoing role, with an Enhanced DBS to join our talented team of Chefs. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards for all our clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to food excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following set menus and dietary requirements.
2. Maintain excellent hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
3. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
4. Manage stock levels, monitor waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
5. Always maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Catering Manager, preferably within a school, hospital, or care home setting (2 years minimum).
2. You must already have a valid ENHANCED DBS certificate.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Passion for delivering high-quality meals.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Flexibility with working hours.
