The team collaborates with global brands, startups, and research institutions to develop sustainable, nutritious, and commercially successful products. Role Summary: We are seeking five dynamic and curious Researchers to join a fast-growing innovation team. You’ll work at the intersection of science, sustainability, and product development—supporting projects from early-stage concept ideation through to prototyping and technical validation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct desk-based and laboratory research across themes such as alternative proteins, nutrition, and functional foods. Support the development and testing of food and beverage prototypes. Analyse data and contribute to technical reports and client presentations. Collaborate with scientists, product developers, and external partners. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the food sector. Help maintain high standards of lab safety and documentation. Ideal Candidate Profile: A degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not essential). Experience in food R&D, innovation, or a similar lab-based setting is a plus. Passionate about food, sustainability, and improving consumer health. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
