Mid Market Senior Underwriter - Property & Liability - Salary is Competitive

A bit about the job:
In this role you will oversee the underwriting and financial performance of the New Business underwriting team in line with Aviva’s strategy. You would support with the oversight and trading decisions on the larger and more complex cases.
You will engage with brokers to build and support great trading relationships, be able to perform data analysis and work to upskill your own development.
You will act as a referral point for the team handling complex technical referrals and queries as well as conferring with the branch underwriting manager, line leads and solutions teams where appropriate. You will support technical development in the team, undertaking audits and reviews and evaluating for licence progressions as well as day to day coaching.
You will support implementation of changes within the team to policies and processes. Keep up to date with market and insurance trends and changes and share this knowledge with the team to ensure they are up to date.

* Salary is Competitive depending on skills, experience and qualifications
