Portfolio are proud to be representing our client, a market leading professional services consultancy in their search for a Lead Sales Consultant within the H+S team. We are looking for someone from a Health and Safety background who is looking to break into sales. You will need a solid understanding of H+S in order to upsell additional services to existing clients. This role does not involve cold calling; you will be speaking with clients who have recently had a H+S audit and had recommendations made, i.e., Fire Risk Assessment. This role comes with high earning potential, including a monthly bonus and uncapped commission – but you MUST have Health and Safety knowledge!
Job Overview
As a F2F Business Sales Consultant Lead, your role is to sell the F2F product to our client base and assist management in the development and driving of collective sales from the whole F2F BSC team. You will drive and constantly improve the highlighting of this Premium Service to our clients and support your fellow team members.
Responsibilities
1. To make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospects.
2. To reach a minimum of 2 hours talk-time per day (time spent actively contacting and speaking with prospects).
3. To work closely with Advisors and Consultants to help drive referral numbers to the service.
4. To liaise with the H&S Consultancy & Third Parties, ensuring that all work is dealt with promptly, providing the best service to clients.
5. Work towards the team objective of obtaining repeat business.
6. To ensure the Sales Board is correct each day before leaving the office.
7. To support the manager in any training, development, and induction of new F2F BSCs.
8. Act as a mentor to new F2F BSCs day to day and increasingly so in the absence of management.
9. In the absence of Management, support with Payments queries / Daily reporting.
Commission Structure
The commission is structured as follows:
1. F2F Commission will be paid at the rate of 5% for every Completed F2F Win.
2. In addition to commission, this role comes with a monthly Bonus of £500, payable upon achieving 60 completed wins in a calendar month.
