We are seeking a Process Lead with practical experience in the creation and application of business processes to join our core transformation team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to support our transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Skills
1. Experience in development, management, and support of enterprise process environments and teams
2. Understanding and application of BPMN2.0 (process notation)
3. Workshop facilitation with demonstrated ability to elicit AS IS and Future State processes in a complex environment
4. Stakeholder management in a matrixed environment
5. Must demonstrate good problem-solving ability
6. Experience using Signavio
