Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons to primary school students
2. Assess and evaluate students' progress to ensure learning objectives are met
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes individuality and respect
4. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
5. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Degree in Education or relevant field
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
8. Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
11. Effective classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
12. Postgraduate qualification in Education
13. Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable
