The school caters for over 300 pupils aged 11 - 16 years, with a range of Special Education Needs including Autism, Social emotional and Mental Health needs.

5. Working in these settings requires patience, confidence, and a caring attitude as many of these students have difficult social, emotional, and mental health issues which need to be managed.
6. Your role will be to establish good working relationships with pupils to enable you to support them successfully. To assist with the development and implementation of individualised targets, planning and setting up classrooms/activities.
