SIGN & GRAPHICS PROJECT MANAGER

£32K - £38K (Dep on Experience)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Our client is a Sign and Graphics leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality signage solutions that help businesses stand out. With a strong commitment to creativity, precision, and customer satisfaction, they specialise in delivering impactful signage for diverse industries. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and drive the signage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
1. Manage end-to-end signage projects, including design, production, and installation.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
2. Address client feedback and resolve project-related issues promptly.
Team Coordination:
1. Collaborate with Designers, production teams, and Installers to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Allocate resources effectively and manage workloads across teams.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
1. Monitor projects to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
2. Conduct site visits as needed to oversee installations and troubleshoot challenges.
Risk & Budget Management:
1. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Track expenses and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Process Improvement:
1. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience managing projects in the signage industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
3. Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation techniques.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
7. Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
8. Relevant trade accreditations, i.e., SSSTS.
9. Knowledge of Risk and Method statement document presentation.
