About the Role
As a Principal Solution Consultant at Nasstar, you will collaborate with industry sales and business development teams to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, delivering transformative outcomes through cutting-edge technologies. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will provide consultative guidance, sometimes serving as a virtual CTO, and lead the strategy for deal shaping and client engagement. Partnering with delivery practices, you will help craft transformation agendas, roadmaps, and programmes to drive client success.
Responsibilities:

Shape clients’ thinking and unlock business value through technology-led transformation.
* Build an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
* Engage C-suite leaders to uncover business needs and identify sales and solution opportunities.
* Align client goals with technology roadmaps powered by Microsoft and AWS.
* Provide advisory services, thought leadership, and virtual CTO support.
* Present confidently, influence stakeholders, and shape sales growth outcomes.
* Identify transformation opportunities across cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
* Build sales pipelines aligned with Nasstar’s growth targets and expand client portfolios.
* Develop compelling value propositions and shape complex deals.
* Direct solution scoping, delivery approaches, and manage proposal workflows.
* Contribute to Nasstar’s portfolio, industry points of view, and Communities of Practice.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies while managing multiple projects effectively
What we are looking for:
* Recognised IT training and certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, TOGAF, ITIL).
* 10+ years' experience designing complex multi-domain cloud solutions in consultancy roles.
* Expertise in client and stakeholder management, with confidence and authority to influence.
* Broad knowledge of cloud solutions, Microsoft, AWS ecosystems, and notable vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet).
* Understanding of industry sectors, business change frameworks, and buying behaviors.
* Foundation knowledge of Modern Workplace, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS), AppDev, Data & AI, Connectivity, and Security.
* Commercial acumen, balanced with client focus, empathy, and sales forecasting skills.
* Experience with agile and non-agile delivery methodologies and next-generation managed services.
* Strong organizational, personal development skills, and dedication to shared goals.
* Growth mindset, adaptability, and openness to innovation and collaboration.
