This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to join a small but growing agency, working across a range of B2C clients on multi-disciplinary marketing projects, including digital, social media, and creative campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing end-to-end client projects – From campaign planning to execution across social, digital, and creative marketing.
2. Client relationship building – Acting as the key point of contact, ensuring client expectations are met with excellent service.
3. Bringing creative campaigns to life – Working on strategy, content creation, digital campaigns, and events.
4. Supporting digital marketing efforts – Managing social media projects and broader digital initiatives.
5. Collaborating within a tight-knit team – Working closely with the Account Director and wider team to deliver top-tier work.
6. Contributing to agency growth – As part of a small agency, your input will directly influence the direction and success of the business.
What You Bring:
1. Marketing agency experience – Ideally, at least one year of experience in an agency environment.
2. Broad marketing skills – Experience across digital, social media, creative campaigns, and client management.
3. Strong client communication – A natural relationship builder who thrives on delivering excellent service.
4. Creative thinker – Able to contribute fresh ideas and solutions for campaigns.
5. Ambition to progress – This role offers fast-tracked career development with the potential for future business shares.
