We are seeking to appoint Senior Library Assistants in the Customer Services team at the University of Warwick. This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment for the Library following the transformation of our services and the launch of a new strategy. The role includes line management of Library Assistants, whilst supporting the operational delivery and development of excellent frontline customer services. Please see below the available shift patterns: Post 1 (0.5 FTE) Mon 08:00 to 14:45, Sat and Sun 08:00 to 14:30 Post 2 (0.5 FTE) Mon 13:15 to 20:00, Tues and Sun 13:30pm to 20:00. This also applies to those weeks which include bank holidays and statutory/customary days, where you will be rostered to work as required.
